Keynote Reflection

I use quite a few different technology tools, a couple of them being Twitter, Facebook, and Edmodo. All these tools help out a lot with our education in a couple different ways. Some of those being, not everyone has each others phone numbers, when you need help on projects and you need to get ahold of a teacher them having Twitter or Edmodo helps a lot because you can easily access the information and the answers to the questions that you have.

The Flat Classroom project that I am in, I have a profile set up with my name and some information about me. This makes it a lot easier for me to communicate with people in my class and my teacher. With the outsource video I used for my movie that I made, it came in handly because I posted something on a website and then ended up having a video posted for me from a girl from a different school that is my friend on my profile. I could then download the video she sent me from her school computer, to my school computer.

This helps me prepare to be able to communicate with people all over the world. I want to go to beauty school and then someday hopefully open my own salon and using all of these technology tools taught me how I can post and even advertise what I have to offer for my salon. Sometimes people say that they think that communicating through the internet makes people less social and makes it harder for them to do things in person because they don't acutally talk to people over the internet, but I think that is wrong. I think that the internet introduces people to new people that they could have never possibly met if it wasn't for the technology that we use to communicate in this day and age.

I can use them because I am social enough to no tbe afraid to ask people questions on my profile, this project made me stronger in different places. I am not afraid to ask questions to people on Flat Classroom because everyone else was asking some of the same questions that I was asking. I think that I could have asked more questions myself and I feel like I should have gone through and tried to help others out by answering their questions.
